Tyler Weidler, Teaching Elder
Tyler Weidler was an employed and licensed as a pastor at Gettysburg Foursquare Church and felt called by God to start a new church in York Springs in 2014. In 2025 He led the church through the process of withdrawal from Foursquare and remains the teaching elder in York Springs Bible Church.
He is an Adams County native and a 1999 graduate of Bermudian Springs High School. He and his wife Jennifer live in York Springs where they are raising their 3 children.
Kevin Brewster, Elder
Kevin Brewster has been a licensed Foursquare Pastor since 2021, and has been Ordained since 2024. Kevin is also an Internal Medicine Physician, receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He is currently semi-retired and although he continues to see patients medically, he has been ministering to them spiritually for over a decade. Kevin and his wife Andrea live in Hanover PA and have been members of YSBC since 2016. They have 3 adult sons out on their own. Kevin is most grateful for the full-time opportunity to serve this wonderful church in his capacity as an Elder.
Life verses - Philippians 3:7-8 - But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ. More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ.

Hank Janczyk, Elder
For nearly 40 years, Hank Janczyk worked in the field of college athletics. His career included the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach, a Defensive Coordinator Football Coach, teacher and motivational speaker. Now retired, Hank spends his time serving in various capacities, fostering strong relationships with his family, as well as responsibilities on the YSBC elder board being among his greatest priorities. Hank and his wife, Cindy, live in Biglerville, PA. They have 3 children, 6 grandsons and one more on the way.
Life passage - Romans 5:3-5 - "Not only so, but we rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. ...".
Doug Orsi, Elder
Doug Orsi and his family have attended YSBC since 2016. He currently serves in various church roles and ministries including YSBC Youth, adult Sunday school, & safety ministry. He has also previously served in Awana, YSBC Men's ministry, and opened his home for a YSBC Life Group. Doug has participated in multiple domestic church missions trips. He and his wife Michelle have been married since 1989 and have two children. After moving many times during his military career, they are ever grateful for finding the YSBC church family who has enriched their lives.
Life verses - Proverbs 22:4 - Humility, and the fear of the Lord, bring wealth and honor and life.

Stan Weidler, Elder
Stan Weidler grew up on a dairy farm in Lititz PA. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. Him and his wife have been married 49 years. Together they raised 3 children and are blessed with 9 grandchildren who all live nearby. Stan and Gwen have served for many years as Missions directors, taught many children, teens, & adult church classes. Stan is currently working in YSBC Youth. They've been on many domestic mission trips to disaster areas, as well as Appalachia and Tangier Island for encouragement and support in stressed areas. They have also participated in many short term international Missions trips. Stan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Haiti Safe House, Nacer USA-Bolivia, & Adams County Prison Ministry where he he leads a prison Bible study. After spending 55 combined years teaching at public schools, they now serve with YSBC homeschool co-ops. Stan feels blessed to be in leadership at the YSBC.
Life passage - John 15:9-12 - I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love...
